The questions every buyer asks.

Only four things:
1. The products you chose in our Library (with their codes).
2. The approximate quantity of each product.
3. The market where the product will be sold.
4. Whether the product carries your own brand, and its name if you have one.
We then confirm the details with you and you receive our written offer per product.

You can start with a small number of products (1–2); the quantity of each product starts from the minimum shown on its card in our Library.
The final minimum per product is fixed in our numbered written offer.

Our production sites are in Germany, other European countries, the United States and others.
The country of making is shown on each product card in our Library and is fixed in our written offer.

Samples are possible; we tell you the terms for your product when you ask.
Samples are handed over at our production site; the shipping is on your account.

We do not start production before your trademark is checked, so that no packaging is printed with a name you are not entitled to.
If your trademark is not registered yet, we register a German trademark for you in the German trademark register, in your name, with ten years of protection.
The registration cost is given to you personally; it is not published.

Own formulation: we study your request and come back with our suggestions.
Alongside, we propose the closest of our ready formulations; pack, label and name follow your brand.

With every batch you receive the batch certificate of analysis, the certificate of origin and the free sale certificate as your market requires, and legalisation on request.

The final document list for your order is fixed in our written offer before any payment.

Payment is made in named steps:
Brief -> Offer -> Down payment -> Production -> Pre-shipping step -> Documents -> Delivery
Before each payment you hold what proves the step:
- before the down payment: Signed proforma invoice, and the result of the trademark check
- before the production payment: Artwork approval and, where a sample was agreed, its sign-off; otherwise the frozen specification sheet
- before the pre-shipping payment: Batch certificate of analysis, photos of the finished goods, and the packing list
- before the documents payment: Scans of the certificate of origin, the free sale certificate and the legalisation set; the originals by courier after the payment
The amounts stand in our numbered written offer.

Our prices are based on handover at our production site.
Once the goods are ready we send you our shipping offer to your country as a separate numbered document, and you choose the method then; the export papers and the hand-over to the carrier run under our documents through our shipping agent.
