Private label, made in Germany

Private-label hair care manufacturer. Shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum and solid bars, made in Germany.

Shampoo is where most hair brands start, and this catalogue holds 28 of them. Liquid, dry powder, solid bar. Around them sit eight conditioners, one of which stays in the hair. The mask works on argan oil and mango butter. Then a scalp serum, a growth serum, heat protection, two gels, a styling cream and a volume powder. The olive hair oil comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. That is 47 formulations in all, filled in GMP-certified cosmetics sites in Germany. Most start at 100 or 500 units per SKU. The bars need 5,000 per variant. Prices come in the written offer only.

Shampoo, conditioner, treatment and styling, filled in Germany (44)

Two lines sit inside this one category. The functional line runs on sugar and amino acid surfactants, with wheat protein, panthenol and niacinamide doing the care work. It covers moisturising, sensitive, volume and scalp-balancing shampoo, the conditioner and the leave-in, the mask, both serums, heat protection, dry shampoo and styling. The second line is built on organic plant extracts. Hemp, oat, grape, coffee, beer, sea salt, olive and pomegranate, spread across 20 shampoos and six conditioners, plus a regenerating olive hair oil. Bottles run 250 ml and 500 ml, with 950 ml for the family sizes. Conditioners and the oil are filled at 200 ml. Both lines start at 100 or 500 units per SKU.

Solid shampoo bars (3)

The bar sits on a sodium cocoyl isethionate base. Coconut oil from controlled organic cultivation and glycerin do the conditioning work. Two of the three also carry maize starch. Scents are lavender, wild berry and coconut with aloe. Production runs in Germany, from 5,000 units per variant.

How it works

From formulation to your branded product in four steps.

01 — Pick the formulations

Work from the two lines above, or tell us the hair type, the claim and the bottle size. We come back with what we can fill, the minimum per SKU and the pack formats that already exist.

02 — Bottle, label and trademark

Bottle, pump, tube, jar, or a wrapper for the bar. Label and carton artwork in your languages. If the name should be held, we file a German trademark alongside.

03 — Documents and compliance

Production follows the EU Cosmetics Regulation. You get the specification and the certificate of analysis. Your responsible person also gets the technical documents the product information file asks for.

04 — Production and delivery

The timeline is written down before the line is booked. Quality release comes before shipping, EXW or delivered. A reorder or a second variant runs on the same file.

Questions buyers ask first

Private-label facts, answered upfront.

What is the minimum order quantity for private-label hair care?

The 44 shampoos, conditioners, treatments and styling products start at 100 or 500 units per SKU. The three solid bars work differently: 5,000 units per variant. Every product page prints its own minimum, and the quotation confirms it.

Which shampoo types can carry my brand?

Sensitive, moisturising, volume and scalp-balancing sit in the functional line. The extract line adds anti-dandruff, anti-grease, repair, gloss, energy and normal hair. Three family bottles run 950 ml. Add one light-coloured dry shampoo and three solid bars. 28 shampoo formulations in total, all filled in Germany.

Are conditioners, masks and scalp treatments in the same range?

Yes. Eight conditioners, and one of them is a leave-in. The mask carries argan and coconut oil. After those come a scalp serum, a growth serum and heat protection built on biotin and almond oil. A care spray, two gels and a styling cream sit alongside. The olive hair oil ships in a dropper bottle, and the volume powder is oat kernel flour. One producer covers the whole shelf.

Can the formulation or packaging be adapted?

Fragrance, colour, fill size and label claims move inside our validated system. A new base or a new active does not. That becomes a development project with its own schedule. Ask for samples of the standard formulations first.

Which documents come with a cosmetics order?

Certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, certificate of conformity, Free Sale Certificate from Germany and the safety data sheet, on request for any listed product. The specification and the technical documents your responsible person needs for the EU product information file come with them.

Do you publish prices, and how long does production take?

No prices are published. Base, packaging and volume all move, so hair care is offered per request. The production time, from the locked formula and approved artwork to the first pallet, is set in our offer for each product. Packaging lead time usually decides it.
