Terms of sale
How an order with us works, from your request to delivery. These terms apply to every offer we send you and every order we confirm, unless our written offer says otherwise.
Who sells to you
Trade Square LLC, Austin, Texas, USA, sells under the Productaria brand. You buy from us: your invoice is issued by us, your batch documents reach you from us, and we are the ones who answer if anything comes up. Our company details are on the pages Who stands behind this and Imprint.
Your request
You choose products in the Products Library and send your list, or you write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail. A request needs no account and does not commit you to buy. Every request receives a number starting with the letter R; it accompanies every message and document from us.
Our offer
We answer with a written offer for your request. Prices are in our written offer to you alone, never on the website. The minimum order of each product stands on its page and in the Products Library; our offer confirms it for your request.
What we agree in writing
Before the first payment you hold the signed proforma invoice and the frozen specification sheet: everything agreed on one page, signed by us, and, where a sample was agreed, the approved sample record with its photos. The frozen specification sheet is the reference for any dispute. No production before your trademark is checked.
Samples
Samples are possible; we tell you the terms for your product when you ask.
Payment
You pay in stages, agreed depending on the product; each payment is made before its stage starts. Before every payment step you hold a document in your hands:
- Before the first payment: the signed proforma and the trademark check result.
- Before the production payment: artwork approval and, where a sample was agreed, its sign-off; otherwise the frozen specification sheet.
- Before the pre-shipping payment: the batch certificate of analysis, photos of the finished goods with your label, and the packing list.
- Before the documents payment: copies of the documents, then the originals.
Production time
The time is set in our offer for each product. We do not promise a date.
Shipping and documents
We ship worldwide. Once the goods are ready, we send you the shipping offer as a separate numbered document, and you choose the shipping method then. With every batch: the batch certificate of analysis, the certificate of origin, a free sale certificate where needed, and what your authority asks for in your country.
Your brand
When we file your trademark, it is filed in your name, in the country you choose, not in ours. We provide all the documents normally needed for registration, if your market requires it.
Confidentiality
We never publish our clients’ names or their products. We do not show the name of the production site before an order; names and details are shared only after we have signed with you.
